Who you are dealing with
This auction is run by Jordan Garcia, acting as SAH GOOD GROUP, a company established in Florida, United States. SAH GOOD GROUP is the seller in every agreement formed on this page, and “I” below means that company. Payments are taken through Stripe. Questions go to contact@sahgoodgroup.com.
What is being sold
A die-cut vinyl sticker of your logo, applied to one of ten marked areas on the top cover of a Framework Laptop 16, plus a line on this page naming you with a link to your site. Sizes and positions are as listed in the auction. You are buying that placement, not a share of the machine, and not any right in it.
How the auction works
- Each spot is sold separately, to its highest approved bid at the close.
- A new bid must beat the current one by at least $10.
- Every bid is reviewed before it appears. Until it is approved it is on nobody's screen but mine.
- Bidding closes at the time shown in the countdown on the home page.
- All prices are in US dollars.
Paying, and what happens if you do not
Placing a bid authorises a hold on your card for 20% of the bid, minimum $10 USD. It is a hold, not a charge: the money stays in your account and is reserved.
- Outbid, refused or withdrawn: the hold is released in full, and no charge is ever made.
- You win: the deposit is captured and counts towards what you owe.
- The balance is due within 7 days of the close. Miss it and the spot goes to the next bid, and the deposit is not returned.
- Bid again on the same spot and the earlier hold is released as the new one is placed. You are never held twice for one spot.
Card authorisations expire on the card network's own schedule. If yours lapses before the auction closes you will be asked to authorise it again; the bid stands in the meantime.
Your logo
By sending a logo you confirm you have the right to use it and you grant me permission to print it on the sticker, show it on this page, and include it in photographs and video of the machine. You keep every other right in it.
Every bid is reviewed by hand. Gambling, crypto, adult content, hate, anything unlawful, and anything I would not want on a table at a meetup will be turned down and the hold released in full. I may refuse any bid at my sole discretion and I do not have to say why.
What I promise, and what I do not
I promise the sticker goes on the machine, and that the machine is the one I actually carry and work on: cafés, coworking spaces, conferences, meetups.
I promise nothing about impressions, clicks, reach, followers or any commercial result. Nobody can. Buying a spot is paid placement on a laptop lid; it is not an endorsement of you by me, or of me by you. To the extent the law allows, my liability is limited to what you paid for the spot.
If things go wrong
- The top cover is replaced: every sticker is reprinted and reapplied at my cost, with nothing more to pay.
- The machine is lost, stolen or destroyed: I will contact you and refund the unused part of what you paid, pro rata against the time your sticker was meant to be on it.
- A sticker has to come off because what it shows turns out to be fraudulent or was misrepresented to me, it comes off with no refund. For any other reason, it is pro rata.
- The auction is called off before it closes: every hold is released and every deposit taken is refunded in full.

Changes and governing law
These terms may change; the version in force for your bid is the one published when you placed it, and the date at the top says when it last moved. They are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, and any dispute belongs to the courts of that state.
